DMA Remapping Compatibility Guide
To maintain a fair gaming environment, our anti-cheat uses DMA Remapping to help prevent hardware-based cheating.
Some manufacturer-specific drivers are incompatible with this security feature. If your system is using any of the drivers listed below, you must either update them or replace them with the standard Microsoft drivers before launching the game.
Storage Controller Drivers
The following proprietary storage drivers are known to conflict with DMA Remapping:
- secnvme
- solidnvm
- mtinvme
- asstahci64
- mvs91xx
- amd_sata
Samsung, Solidigm, and Micron NVMe Drivers
Affected drivers: secnvme, solidnvm, mtinvme
Replace the manufacturer driver with the Microsoft Standard NVM Express Controller.
- Open Device Manager.
- Expand Storage controllers.
- Right-click your Samsung, Solidigm, or Micron NVMe controller and select Update driver.
- Select Browse my computer for drivers.
- Click Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer.
- Select Standard NVM Express Controller and click Next.
- Restart your computer.

MediaTek Wi-Fi Drivers
Older versions of the MediaTek RZ616 Wi-Fi 6E 160MHz driver are incompatible with DMA Remapping.
If the anti-cheat reports a compatibility error, update your Wi-Fi driver using one of the methods below.
Method A – Windows Update (Recommended)
Windows 11
Go to:
Settings → Windows Update → Advanced options → Optional updates
Windows 10
Go to:
Settings → Update & Security → Windows Update → View optional updates
If a newer MediaTek Wi-Fi driver is available, install it and restart your computer.
Method B – Microsoft Update Catalog
If Windows Update does not provide a newer driver, install one manually.
Step 1 – Find Your Hardware ID
- Open Device Manager.
- Expand Network adapters.
- Right-click your MediaTek Wi-Fi 6E adapter and select Properties.
- Open the Details tab.
- From the Property dropdown, select Hardware Ids.
- Copy the first value.
Example:
PCI\VEN_14C3&DEV_7961&SUBSYS_380211AD&REV_00
Step 2 – Search the Catalog
- Open the Microsoft Update Catalog.
- Paste your Hardware ID into the search box.
- Remove everything beginning with &REV_ before searching.
Example:
Before
PCI\VEN_14C3&DEV_7961&SUBSYS_380211AD&REV_00
After
PCI\VEN_14C3&DEV_7961&SUBSYS_380211AD
- Click Search.
- Download the newest available driver for your device.
Step 3 – Install the Driver
- Open the downloaded .cab file.
- Extract all files into a new folder.
- Locate mtkwl6ex.inf.
- Right-click the file and select Install.
- Restart your computer.
Method C – Lenovo Driver (Alternative)
If the previous methods do not resolve the issue, many users have reported success with a newer MediaTek driver distributed by Lenovo.
- Download r1kmw17w.exe.
- Run the installer.
- Follow the installation prompts.
- Restart your computer.
After updating the affected drivers and restarting your PC, launch the game again. If you continue to receive a DMA Remapping compatibility error, please contact support and include your driver versions and system information.
