When the message “Your account has been banned due to a violation of the Competitive Integrity Policy (CIP).” is displayed, it indicates that your account has been placed ineligible due to a detected violation of our Competitive Integrity Policy.
Accounts will not regain eligibility if any prohibited software, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools have been running on the associated system.
The following circumstances do not qualify as valid grounds for removal of ineligibility:
- Use of prohibited software or unauthorized third party tools in other games.
- Prior use of prohibited software or unauthorized third party tools before playing on Akros-protected servers.
- Prohibited software or unauthorized third party tools installed or used by another individual on the same PC.
- Playing on hardware that has previously received an Akros ban.
Maintaining these restrictions is essential to preserve competitive integrity and prevent unfair advantages in Akros-protected environments.
If you believe that no prohibited software or unauthorized tools have been running on your system and your account is still ineligible, you may submit a support ticket for review by our team.
